START WORKING ASAP! Our client in Oakville is looking to add another full-time member to their successful business! Must have administrative assistant or receptionist experience!

If you thrive in a fast paced environment with a high call volume? Do you have a vast background in reception or administration apply with ABL Careers today!

Pay Rate: $17/hr

- Call handling a high inbound call volume, screening and transferring the call appropriately and programming phones
- Prepping the meeting rooms that clients are scheduled in for that day
- Greeting the clients with exceptional customer service
- Filing, copying, faxing, scanning, etc.
- Processing inbound and outbound mail
- Ordering office supplies (when needed)
- Data entry of new client files
- Other duties as assigned, such as making the complimentary office coffee

- High school education required.
- Fluently speak and write in English.
- Business professional corporate office experience and or understanding of the environment
- Comfortable working in a busy corporate environment.
- 2+ years of reception and/or administrative assistance experience
