Receptionist

Description

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and have experience working with corporate clients? Do you think body language is an effective way of communication while providing exceptional service?

If you thrive in a fast paced environment, have a vast background in reception or administration apply with ABL Careers today! Our client in the Halton area is looking to add another full-time member to their successful business!

Pay Rate: $16-17/hr

Responsibilities:
- Call handling for a very busy phone line. Both inbound and outbound calls, as well as programming phones
- Greeting customers is a friendly manner
- Filing, copying, faxing, scanning, etc.
- Processing inbound and outbound mail
- Ordering office supplies
- Data entry of new client files
- Other duties as assigned such as cleaning duties and organization of the office

Requirements

- High school education required.
- Fluently speak and write in English.
- Experience with a high volume of calls (e.g., call centre)
- Comfortable working in a busy corporate environment.
- 2+ years of reception and/or administrative assistance experience
