Are you someone who is looking for a position where you can use your bilingual french skills within a growing dynamic organization?

We are seeking a professional Bilingual Admin Representative who would will responsible for providing administrative sales support within a sales department in order to ensure effective and efficient company operations.

Job Duties:
-Quoting customers product pricing and availability
-Processing customer purchase orders, providing customers with weekly updated delivery scheduled
-Revisiting existing orders and amending delivery dates as per customer notification
-Manipulating stock in order to meet customer requirements
-Processing inter-warehouse stock transfers for customers orders
-Following up on existing orders
-Maintain inventory stock, inventory counts and investigating returns
-Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

- High School Diploma
- 2+ Years Sales Administration
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication in English as well as French
- Valid driver's license required
- Knowledge of basic computer software MS Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
- Must be available for work Days.
