Location: Hurontario & Derry
As a Trilingual Customer Service Agent, you will be required to answer inbound customer service inquiries over the phone regarding rewards and loyalty program members in all three languages.
MUST be available to work afternoon shifts 12:30PM - 9PM
MUST be available to work Monday to Friday and two Saturday shifts per month
MUST be available to attend day shift training
MUST be fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin (This is a trilingual position)
MUST be computer literate
Languages required: Fluent English and Mandarin & Cantonese
