- Motivating team to meet goals
- Handling escalations
- Reporting KPIs/metrics

- Answering inbound calls
Compensation: base pay (based on experience) + bonus/incentives
- 2 years of team lead experience
- 2 years of call centre experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
