Mandarin/English Customer Service Rep

Our client is looking for a full time CSR call centre role in the heartland - Mississauga area on an afternoons for a bilingual English + Mandarin speaking CSR Rep. Amazing opportunity in a progressive company, if you enjoy speaking to people and would like you utilize your bilingual skill in the Mandarin language this may be the perfect fit for you.
Pay Rate: $18 per hour, Full-Time Mon to Fri and every other Saturday on afternoons
Client will do Bilingual test on site during their interview which will consist of a verbal conversation in Mandarin
-Educate members on the benefits of their program
-Using various tools and resources to solve problems and deliver the best member experience
-Taking inbound calls, making outbound calls
-Provide professional customer service
-Update data base, make notes on customer and client files
-Passion for working with clients and deliver exceptional customer service
-Strong communication skills both verbal and written
-Pleasant phone etiquette
-Previous call centre and CSR experience
-Call Centre experience is an asset
-MS Office skills, outlook, google
-Must be fluent bilingual
