We are looking for technical support agents for a well-known electronics company. You will mostly be doing tech support for their cell phone and tablet products.

- Provide excellent support at all times with customers on inbound calls & when you are required to call the customer back.
- Problem solve to help customers resolve issues on first call
- Explains and provides solutions to customers
- Enters support tickets into our internal system
Shifts: you will be scheduled for five 8 hour shifts Mon-Sun between 7am and midnight.
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone
- 6 months to 1 year of technical support experience
- Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends (five 8-hour shifts per week)
- A criminal record check will be conducted.
