Customer Service/Order Desk Administrator

CSR role in a well established company in North York. An excellent full time, permanent position with opportunity to cross train and develop your skills. Benefits after 3 months!

A great candidate has the following:
- 2 years+ CSR experience in a manufacturing company
- outstanding communication and client rapport building skills
- detail oriented
- strong MS Office (Word and Excel) & data entry
- excellent team player ie assisting others as needed; cross training to learn other roles

Responsibilities include:
- Providing information to customers by phone & email with respect to component specifications and pricing
- Following up on stock availability, delivery times, shipping questions, etc.;
- Order processing - order entry, preparing invoices, filing of documents
- Ability to provide alternatives and solutions to customers' needs
- Troubleshoot and follow up on all customer inquiries and concerns
- Other duties as required
