Data Entry Clerk

Experience working as a Data Entry Clerk, Administrative Assistant or have an Accounting background?

APPLY WITH US TODAY! Our client in Burlington is a transportation services organization and is looking for a strong candidate to add to their team! This is a FULL TIME position, Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.

- Attention to detail
- Successful in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office 2010 and SAP
- Can work well with others and take on personal initiatives
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong background in administrative duties

Job Duties:
- Handling inbound calls / requests from clients and following the clients 360 through the ordering process
- Able to adapt and problem solve orders with minor guidance (training will be provided)
- Ensuring all orders are inputted and processed by the end of the day
- Inputting data into excel and following up with clients on their orders

- 2+ years of data entry or administrative experience
- Experience in transportation or warehousing is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Comfortable learning new software systems
- Comfortable taking tasks on and problem solving individually
